These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of tajotire.com (the “Site”) and any services provided by

Tajo Tire, Inc. (“Tajo Tire,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Appointments, Quotes & Services

2.1 Any appointments or quotes requested through the Site are requests only until confirmed by us via

phone, email, SMS, or in person.

2.2 Prices, availability, and service offerings are subject to change at any time without notice.

2.3 All services are provided subject to our service policies and applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse

service to anyone, consistent with applicable law.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Program Terms

When you enroll in our SMS/text messaging program (“SMS Program”) by providing your mobile number and

consenting (for example, by checking a box or signing a form), the following additional terms apply.

3.1 Program Description

You may receive:

Appointment reminders and updates

Service notifications related to your vehicle

Promotions, discounts, and marketing messages

Customer experience or feedback messages

3.2 Consent & Opt-In

By enrolling in the SMS Program, you:

Represent that you are the owner of the mobile number provided or have the authority to enroll that number

Consent to receive recurring text messages from Tajo Tire at the number you provide, which may be sent using

an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology

Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving services from Tajo Tire. Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

3.3 Opt-Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After opting out, we may send a

final message to confirm your choice.

3.4 Help

3.5 Carrier & Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is outside our control.

3.6 Eligibility

The SMS Program is intended for U.S. residents with a wireless number from a supported carrier.

Not all carriers or devices may be supported.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, icons, and software—is the property

of Tajo Tire or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

4.2 You may view, download, and print content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not

reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content

without our prior written consent.

5. User Content

If you submit any content (such as reviews, comments, or testimonials):

You grant Tajo Tire a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and

distribute that content in connection with our business.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate the rights of any third

party or any law.

We may remove or edit user content at our discretion.

paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars (US $100), whichever

is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this

section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tajo Tire and its officers, directors, employees, and

agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees)

arising out of or related to:

Your use of the Site or SMS Program

Your violation of these Terms

Your violation of any rights of another person or entity

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or SMS Program will be

resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to the personal

jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Site or SMS Program after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance

of the updated Terms.
